By commissioning me you agree to the following terms
General terms and conditions
- Contact me via social networks and/or email.
- After learning about the request (the more information and resources I have about the project, the better), I’ll estimate the time needed to complete it (it can take from 1 to 3 weeks to complete).
- Signature of an invoice and payment of a non-refundable deposit (commissions start in the order of payment).
- At each stage of production, the customer’s opinion will be solicited: the customer is asked to give feedback within 36 hours of receiving a sketch or preparatory drawing. I’ll send a reminder. If, after that, there’s no response, I’ll continue with the design.
- The customer is entitled to make as many comments as he wishes. Major modifications (maximum 4) such as : adding characters or/and large elements, changing color palettes, changing outfits or scenery are subject to additional payment.
- Once the part is finished, the customer will receive a .jpg and a .pdf of his request by e-mail (or by smash or by wetransfer) accompanied by a printable version. (Other formats can be supplied on request).
- Temps de réalisations: 1 à 3 semaines de réalisations en fonctions du projet.
- I will ask regularly for validation at each stage of the project.
- Deadlines may be extended in case of unforeseen circumstances (equipment malfunction, private problems, etc.).
- If I think the order is too long, I can refuse it.
- 50% (non refundable) of the payment is made before the commission begins, and the remaining 50% after the first sketch has been approved.
- Payment is preferably by Paypal or Revolut. I also accept payment by bank transfer.
- If I am unable to finish a piece for various reasons (personal reasons, natural disasters...), the customer will be reimbursed in full.
Copyright and obligations
- I retain copyright on all my work. Consequently, I can publish them in skechbooks or any other illustration collection. I can also publish them on my social networks and website.
- I have the right to decline a request.
- Customers must be adult to commission me.
- The customer has the right to refuse that his piece appears on social networks or any other media. (please specify).
- Only the final drawing may be used as the customer sees fit for personal, non-profit-making purposes, unless rights have been assigned. Sketches and intermediate drawings may not be used by the customer.
- Customers have the obligation to credit me if they publish my work on social networks or elsewhere.
- The final piece can be used as a profile picture or in video content on Twitch or YouTube for exemple, as long as it is not the main means of revenue.
- It is forbidden to take sketches or preparatory drawings and modify them as one pleases, other than to make returns, so that the artist can make modifications.
- Please do not modify the final piece, transfer and/or resell a commissioned work. Cropping an image for social networking is permitted.
- Using a commission to feed an AI or as an NFT is strictly forbidden.
- The customer has the right to claim the characters on the final piece if they are his own, but not the commission itself.
- Removal of the watermark is prohibited.

- Complex background : starting from 10 € price increases according to complexity.)
